The Joker, Snapman and Robin by Virgina Cavazos
Matthew's wonderful portrayal has inspired me to add his Will Scarlet O'Hara to my web site. This story begins with the thought, what would happen if Robin and Will met Jacobi? The answer? I hope is a wonderfully funny and explosive tale.

To Grow or not to Grow? That is the Question...

The great debate continues, here is the Long and short of it.
2000 I held a poll on why Matthew should keep his hair long.
2001, I asked the fans to answer that haunting question...
Why did Matthew cut his hair short?
Why did Matthew cut his hair so short?
My Crazy point of view...
1) He was tired of kids asking him to do his Tarzen yell.

2) No Matter how he twisted that towel, he just couldn't look like a manly man after he washed his hair.

3) It was just after he received an anonymous Birthday present of cute little bows.

4) The day he learned, Never leave a bottle of super glue open with a two year old present...(don't ask)

5) He was embarrassed from all the men giving him their seat on the bus.

6) He was getting whiplash from whipping his hair back.

7) It's easy to blame you if there is a hair in someone's soup.

What the fans thought:

Afraid of not being a manly man

Clogged drains?

To Anger (other word used, had to keep this a family site) his Robin Hood Fans off? LOL

Probably so that he could get more roles.  The long haired look really isn't "in"anymore, but suited the Robin Hood character

He was getting tired of all the fans chasing him

He cut his hair so he could give locks of it out to his faithful fans, only they got lost in the mail.

He probably got tired of always trying to find a hair tie (I'm sure you know what I mean!)

Because he was tricked by Prince John

People kept confusing him with a member of hard rock bands.

To save all of us fans from heart failure during those that involve MAPL

Because 'soon you won't be able to fight without tripping over it' Robin Hood-Whip at Cragmon

So he can be on time when he goes on a date & will never have to say "I can't do a
thing with my hair".   Linda
