Paper, pen or pencil, cotton balls, school glue, and school paints First draw A snowman on a piece of paper.

Take a cotton ball, and apply some glue on the bottom.Carefully
place the cotton ball, glue side down, to the drawn snowman. Fill up the
snow man with the cotton balls, being sure to stay in the lines. For the
eyes, dip the cotton ball in black school paint, or you can use a magic
marker to color it. Be sure to let the paint dry before applying the cotton
ball.
